My template for an opponent shows up, but no opponent is listed.

In the last speed match what do we do if our opponent continuously goes over the 1 minute time limit?
We suggest you permit some lag time, knowing the system response isn’t always fast. But if your opponent’s moves are taking 2 or 3 minutes to appear, you should ask him/her to observe the rule. If still a problem, then take a screen shot of your chat log, demonstrating you tried to resolve it with your opponent. If you lose the speed round, email us the screenshot with your grievance, and we may rule the round in your favor.
My game 2 for round 1 got cutoff by the time lag with my opponent. I msg’d about it on the other thread. Do I advance to the next with a new opp?
Eric….your version is the problem. I am friends with your opponent. She tried to play you and got that message. I also tried. I got the message as well.
I have the most up to day version! I have no idea why this happens? any ideas?
Eric try deleting your app and reinstalling it. Don’t worry about your games, you wont lose any of them, they will pop back up once you start the app.
See if that works.
I don’t have any opponent info listed under My Tournament. All there is is the message that information will be updated at 9:45 pst

I tried to start a game with my opponent and I am getting a message that says “the opponent you selected must update their client to the latest version if WWF before you can play them.”
Will they be able to initiate a game with me? I see that in their first round they won because no one ever showed up to play them so they declared themselves the winner. Is it possible that their opponent had the same problem I am?
That happens to my opponents too. I dont understand why this happens when i have the most up to date version. I think you can search for them by putting their email address in your contacts and then creating a game from contacts in create game!!!
